Our Story
Our story begins with Pierre, a passionate chef and culinary enthusiast who fell in love with Latin culture during his time living in Colombia and his travels through South America. Captivated by the rich culinary traditions and the warmth of Latin hospitality, Pierre learned Spanish and embraced the vibrant spirit of the region. Combining his love for cooking and his cultural experiences, Pierre decided to bring the essence of Colombia to Ottawa, creating a hipster and laid-back space where authenticity meets innovation.
